As the days drag by with work and family medicle issues that seem to suck the limited time I have to prepare for the future, I can only keep a hope for the morrow. Like running off a cliff, I know I'm going to be airborne, the question is when and what foot will be the last to leave the ground as I plunge into a new business. Fortunetly for me, I'll have some comfort while still working limited hours at the USPS. Financially this is do or die, I can not afford to make any significant mistakes. Everything must be thought over at least twice if not more.
Location is probably my biggest headache for now. So many variables for me to consider, possible market share and how much of a market is there are the primary before looking for store location and deciding on a store design. I haven't even touched the dough recipe yet. But there is for now, the morrow to get more things straightened out.
